Prototyping and Proof of Concept

After designs are completed, we can offer full prototype capability. We can manufacturing sheetmetal, machined, welded, and 3D printed parts. For items that we don't produce, we will source and manage part completion from several different vendors.

We are capable of integrating PLC automation into our projects as well as any electrical needs.

Common projects will include several disciplines and will mesh them together for you so you can focus on the high level aspects or be as involved in design as you wish.

In addition to our engineering capability, we have custom CAD servers that allow us to share our 3D data with you. This helps us to ease design access to your engineering staff.

Mechanical and Electrical Design.

Mechanical engineering and design is our forte. Robust design and thorough design verification is what you can rely on when you bring us onto your project. We use state of the art software to help move projects forward. We can handle most native CAD systems data. We have engineers who are equipped to handle the details of your electrical projects as well. We are great at integrating all aspects of a project. Let us help you get all your details in order. We are equipped to complete 3D designs from instructions or existing 2D designs. We evaluate all of our designs for interference and tolerance problems. Once our designs are complete, we can produce detailed 2D drawings for site planning, manufacturing, assembly, or machining.
